STL Fall Hoopfest Day 1

2025 G Evan Sterck Wildcats

Evan Sterck was exciting to watch in a back and forth duel with Team KC Black. Sterck suited up at the Fall Hoopfest with a group of friends playing up a grade under the name “Wildcats.” Sterck scored a game high 28pts to lead his team to a 56 – 43 win. Sterck scored off drives, nailed jumpers and dropped dimes setting up open teammates.

2024 Michael Costello Team KC Black

It was fun watching the nimble big man show off his footwork and post skill. Costello rebounds out of his area, moves well without the ball, and gets up and down the floor. He did a good job in transition of running to the rim for a quick seal and score. He is equally good on the trail cutting to the rim in front of the defense for an easy two following the point to wing pass. Costello was able to score on the face up and back to the basket.

Kiteme Shambley Memphis Made 2026

Kiteme Shambley fought hard to keep his team in the hunt as they squared off in a division a grade above them. Shambley has a high motor and was able to score off of forced turnovers, short jumpers and basket drives.

2026 PG Aubrey Beavers Illinois Pride

The heady point guard kept her team’s offense flowing. The quick guard pushed the ball well in transition, found open teammates and consistently got into the defensive gaps to create scoring opportunities.

Myles Colom PG Memphis Made 2026

Colom has a great feel for the game and can score the ball in a number of ways. Colom is a nifty ball handler and keeps the defense on their heels. Colom has good form on his shot and can hit consistently short and long.

2026 SF Rakiyha Coleman Illinois Pride

Coleman has above average athleticism and impacts the game on both ends of the floor. Coleman plays hard and is rewarded by steals, deflections and easy fast break points. Coleman is at her best using her speed to get to the rim.
