2026 PG Jonny Jordan (MO), STL Knights
I’ve been telling everyone that has been in earshot to keep an eye on 2026 Jonny Jordan (MO) of the STL Knights. The skilled point guard is sometimes overlooked by observers whose eyes are instantly drawn to the Knights big guard Devin Houston. Fortunately for us, their oversight has allowed us to claim a front row seat on the Jonny Jordan bandwagon. In fact, watching Jonny in action this weekend presented a prime opportunity for me to playfully wag my finger at other evaluators and boastfully proclaim “I told you so” to all who would tolerate me.
With Jordan at the helm, the STL Knights played up a grade this weekend and was without the services of Houston. This gave our staff a great opportunity to evaluate Jordan and confirm what we had already learned about Jonny from prior events.
Jonny is a true point guard that sports a combination of slick handles, a lethal long range jump shot and some prime time finishing moves. The floor leader does a good job of communicating with teammates, getting them into sets, and scouting weaknesses in the defense. His long arms, foot speed and instincts also makes him a good on-the-ball defender.
On a team full of unselfish, talented guards with good chemistry and a ton of weapons, it would be hard for any player to stand out. However, Jonny is proof that excellent play isn’t always about the buckets and any team seeking to knock off the Knights will have multiple weapons to defend against.
